For instance, if you lose your job due to the injury you suffered from a NCAA concussion lawsuit, that won't cause you to be awarded any additional compensation. Likewise, if you are unable to work because of your injuries, that can also be taken into account.

I am not saying that you should not file a suit against the NCAA. It is your personal choice to do so. However, if you do decide to go ahead with the case, you need to make sure you hire the right attorney who will be able to present the best case. <
